Berlitz is the same thing all over the globe. the same program wherever you are located. It is safe on that regard since they will always have an organized curriculum. It is always a safe choice to choose Berlitz. The Vancouver branch is nice, well located and has good teachers. I liked it.

Client support from this school is SO poor. they sent me a poor quality acceptance letter without details about the program, homestay, etc. they did not change the letter or add clarification as i requested and the result was that Canadian officers in the visa process were concern about the veracity of my ESL program and reject my visa. \nThen i asked them to return my money and after three weeks i have not received anything except an email where they say \"your refund should be in your account by now\" without any reference such as receive or international wire transfer number. \nI do not believe in this school anymore. I suppose they are plenty of students and do not care about client satisfaction, visa processes, etc. Berlitz Vancouver shame of you.
